Celebration For Activities And Maintenance Staff

Staff and residents of Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center celebrated Maintenance and Activities Professionals Week the other day. Thank you to all activities staff for making the residents daily activities interesting and fun. Also, thank you to the maintenance staff for keeping the facility well maintained and looking great.

January Cooking Class

The residents at Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center had their January cooking class the other day. Residents made a big pot of vegetable soup and enjoyed grilled cheese sandwiches, cookies, and a birthday cake for dessert. Staff and residents sang Happy Birthday and wished Mrs Carol Butler, activity assistant, the happiest of birthdays.

Icee/Popcorn Party To Celebrate MLK Day

The residents at Hazard Health and Rehabilitation Center celebrated MLK Day with Icees and popcorn. The staff asked the residents how they wanted to celebrate the holiday and they were not disappointed. They gathered in the activities/dining area and drank icees until they could drink no more.
